The prestigious New South Wales Golf Course at La Perouse played host to one of the year’s highly regarded charity tournaments - the 14th Diabetes Corporate Cup. Coincidentally, the Cup was held on 14 April!
Host and founder of the Diabetes Corporate Cup, Jack Newton, was there to offer advice to the 20 teams as they made their way around the 18 holes.
After the game, a pleasant BBQ dinner was enjoyed during Cup formalities including a fund raising auction. At the end of the evening, Jack Newton offered a personal thank you to all the participants.
Diabetes Australia-NSW and the Junior Golf Foundation, congratulates the winners with special mention to the Sponsors and prize donors of this year’s event: A. H. Beard, Australian Golf Digest, Harvey Norman, Jack Newton Apparel, Optus Blackberry, Subaru Australia and Sunbeam.
